TAKE A LITTLE (OR A LOT) OF THE LOFT HOME WITH YOU.

  • RELAX.

We took particular consideration into making the living area as cozy and inviting as possible. By adding our favorite Ethnicraft sectional, the SOBU Disco Coffee Table in walnut and the show stopper Graphic Sideboard, we insured that the space was going to be cohesive and unforgettable. Laleh’s framed photographs add the defining personal touch to the first experience of the loft.

  • SAVOR.

Our SOBU Mars Live Edge Table in walnut and black Cesco chairs paired so beautifully with the smoked oak cabinets we sourced from Denmark. The Anza espresso machine ties in with our concrete floors and the Armadillo runner adds some warmth and texture to the space. And as with most homes, the kitchen easily is the heart of the SOBU loft and the perfect space to cook, entertain and enjoy the gorgeous California climate.

  • SNOOZE.

The bedroom is truly a sanctuary in the loft. Although quite spacious, the room is super cozy and has deep red and yellow accents. The Nordic II bed, luxurious Agra rug and artistic touches throughout create a peaceful environment for sleep. We added a ton of closet and storage space along one entire wall of the room and our SOBU Viking Lounge in walnut as well as our Mars bench in black under the windows for some nice accents.

  • IMAGINE.

Our Woody sofas are the anchoring centerpiece to the front section of the third floor. We had originally thought about connecting the two Woodys as a sectional, but in this setting it worked much better to have them not attached, allowing the space to feel more open. The Nordic II bed and the largest size of our Mars Live Edge Table in black ash easily fit in the space and worked so harmoniously together.
